We had a mixed experience during our stay. The room we booked was not the one we received, and it was quite outdated. However, we eventually got switched to a better room and the staff were accommodating. The hot tub situation was a letdown as well, but we enjoyed the space in the condo and the nearby activities.

Although the space looked beautiful, the outdated condo specifics and the closed hot tub were major letdowns.
